We couldn't use our sinks cuz they were holding water and not draining properly. We brushed our teeth and washed our faces in the shower. We had a nice room and enjoyed the restaurant. The non-draining sink situation is the only reason why we wouldn't stay there again. Is it possible to receive a discounted stay or a credit back on my credit card?

"We were visiting family and this facility was in an ideal location."

The room was very clean and well kept (everything, the furniture, the bathroom fixtures, etc.) appeared to be newer and in excellent condition. Cheerful staff, common areas were also clean and well appointed. Breakfast was above average, a pleasant surprise. Definitely will be staying here again in the near future.

Carpets smelled like dog pee. Sliders hard to open.

The room was large, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

The side entry to the building was not as clean or maintained. There was a lot of loud noises in the hall at night.
