Red Lion Hotel Wenatchee City Center

The location and pool. Breakfast was great! The hotel cats were adorable!

Very outdated, falling apart, no internet the entire stay, gym was never open.

Met my expectations. Room was clean, breakfast was good.

The manager, who greeted me at the front desk, was very nice, caring and accommodating. The room was comfortable. This was my second stay here.

While they do serve a decent Continental breakfast, with the amount of construction workers that were staying here, the kitchen person had difficulty staying up with the demand. The food was wiped out in the first 15 minutes it was open and I had to ask for more to be made. They really need at least another person to help him when there are so many early morning risers. I needed a quick breakfast prior to taking someone to the hospital for a long surgery.

The staff was great and the room was affordable. Room was large and spacious. The balcony was nice.

There is a large train track directly behind the hotel that was heavily run. The interior of the hotel is outdated, the carpets in the main halls are bumpy and a tripping hazard. The elevator was scary old and made horrifying noises.

Good mid-town location. OK breakfast. Huge room (we had a 2-queen). Nice double bathroom sink space.

Mattresses were too soft & bouncy. Train very close added noise.

Staff allowed early check in to fit my schedule of a medical procedure being done at regular check in time.. My large service dog was not refused her access because of size.

No way to charge phones. I had one block charger that I plugged in for one phone but they do make bedlamps with USB outlets now. My husband couldn't charge his phone until on the road home using car charger. If my surgery had turned bad, his phone wouldn't have worked. Also nothing in room to let us know who in area delivered food, and when breakfast/ checkout times were. Really needed an accessible room, or at least 1 bar near toilet, was afraid to use toolbar as it was loose.

아침 식사가 호텔 가본중 제일 좋았눈데 아침 배식중 팁통을 봤는데 아무도 팁을 안 주고 빈통만 있는게 보기 아쉬웠어요
