I booked the room later in the evening by the time time I got there at 1sm my reservation was canceled that i payed for so

Good breakfast, good location for an overnight stop.

We chose this place for the 24-hour front desk and initially noted arrival by midnight; however, the drive took longer than expected due to unforseen circumstances. At 12:30am, I got a call from the hotel that our reservation was marked as a no show because they had to submit a report and I haven't arrived. I was flabbergasted. What's the point of a 24-hour front desk if we cannot arrive slightly after the anticipated time? Road conditions could change last minute and there wasn't cell service at some point on the highway. After a call, we had to wait for another call for the front desk to confirm with their manager to bring us back in, which they were able to. Well, they have to! We almost lost a place to stay, and we had already paid. If arriving late is not ideal, then the hotel should clearly state reception hours or restrictions to arrival time. That was not fun to go through in the middle of the night trying to get to the destination. I had stayed here before, but will reconsider if I have to stay here again.

No hot water in bath after 9am. Heater took way to long to warm the room up.

Convenient location in Wenatchee, walkable in about twenty minutes to the downtown area. Nearby shops and food.

We had a problem with our toilet and reported it. First we were told five minutes, then after half an hour were told another half hour as the maintenance employee was currently off site. Finally they told us he was not coming, nor would they be able to fix the problem without him or move our room due to the property being full. The property hosted unsavoury individuals who were loud. We could hear our neighbours throughout the day and night. Fire alarm went off quite early in the morning. Very minimal communication from staff regarding what was going on. Turned out to be a drunk patron doing who knows what in his room. Breakfast was edible but poor quality. We ended up buying groceries and supplementing with yoghurts from the fridge downstairs.

The room was clean!
