We enjoyed the number of staff plus how friendly and helpful they were (: The luggage carts rolled really well

Being very horizontal and only 3 stories, it can be a long walk to your room. Would be convenient to have had exit doors at the ends of the bldg use a card reader for entry instead of needing to go back to the center lobby. Perhaps they’ve had bad experiences with security.

Staff was great, Hot coffee, location was amazing.

No hot water! Couldn't take a shower and the water was so cold when we brushed our teeth. This was a big inconvenience due to the fact it is winter, cold outside and we were at the ocean all day. No shower before we went to dinner, or before we went to bed.

Location is fabulous, but it was really the staff who impressed me the most, they are very special people. I just think they should be paying them about $24.00 an hour when compared with all the fees they charge. I never thought I’d be paying 150.00 a night in Eureka when the average 3bd/2ba sells for 360,000

Well located for our visit. Pet friendly.

The ice machine was right outside our room. The constant noise really interfered with a good night’s sleep. Plus when people were using it there was a lot of added noise.

One of the best things about this place is the staff. This is the second time in the last several years that we have stayed here

Close to Cal Poly Humboldt State University

Very young Front Desk Staff & friendly. I booked online with Expedia & “Breakfast Included” was stated. On arrival, I was told “Breakfast Included”. Next mourning in the dining room, I was handed a menu with prices. I asked if this was the “included” breakfast & told ‘Yes’. I ordered an omelette & beverage. When I finished eating, I was given a bill of $15+. I showed my room key & online reservation to the day manager who as clearing tables. She said only a ‘Continental’ Breakfast” was included & reluctantly took care of my bill. I passed the front desk on the way to my room. I asked the young desk staffer if they were aware the included breakfast was only basic & not from a menu & they were not aware. The next 3 mornings I had breakfast away from the hotel. I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication on a stated hotel offering online & also at the front desk.
