Waypoint Hotel

Location was great and your staff at check in and check out were helpful and so polite!

I am thinking there might have been a spider in my room because I got few bites but otherwise everything was great!

A cute converted motel (they’re trying to make it a bit more like a hotel but the doors are on the outside) located on the outskirts of Downtown. Took us about 15 min to get to the start of shops and restaurants The lobby is really nice with lots of places to sit and warm yourself by the fire (if visiting in the cooler months). You can get a drink (alcohol and non-alcoholic options) in the little “store” attached to the front desk, which did have beers on tap, too… I think you could get those until 2 am or so. They also have a lobby bar You can get some food from a little food truck that is permanently stationed outside the lobby front door or there is a Black Bear Dinner next door for breakfast/lunch/dinner Bed was comfy and there was a large tv and enough storage/space for our stuff

The bathroom could have had a little more style as it was very plain and didn’t match the vibe of the room or lobby

Room was spacious and very clean. We had our 70 lb husky staying with us and she was also very comfortable.

No issues. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. There is parking behind the building for a big truck. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel.
