Lots of positives , location, cleanliness, closeness to a variety of restaurants, unfortunately all outweighed by the big negative of the parking! Having to pay is ok but underground parking which is difficult to find and drive into is not! Due to this we would not stay again!

Generally very good. The room was excellent, underground parking was secure and the staff were very helpful. The only setback was the wifi signal which was non-existent

Séjour agréable, personnel agréable. Avons apprécié l'option permettant de garder la chambre plus longtemps (15€). Bémol: heureusement que nous avions un GPS pour trouver l'hôtel !

"Toll für Zwischenstopp"

Die Unterkunft war für eine Durchreise gebucht und hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Großes Zimmer, sehr gute Ausstattung, tolles Bad und Parken im Haus. Gastronomie gleich vor der Tür und bei Bedarf mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die City.

The hotel is located 1 minute walk from the tram stop - this tram takes you to the heart of Tours. Pleasant hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodated requests for a room away from the lift.
