"Terrible decision to stay"

Looks great on the outside BUT for the inside that’s another issue you let people smoke drugs in and out side the pool door and it comes in the hot tub didn’t work we just sat in it then the light went out poorly managed so bad the floor was dirty and the towels you supplied wouldn’t fit a child. Your staff really didn’t want to serve me if I asked for help it was difficult for him to answer me and the other boy just sat in the chair no help. So when we had to take our bags to the room no help from either boy , after we were going to the pool I asked him for the minuture towels I couldn’t believe it. After we got out of the hot tub we wanted to buy some things out of your shop but the 2 boys were playing pool I had to ask them to serve us to buy some chips chocolates and drinks. BUT when we wanted to buy a cedars he couldn’t sell it to us as he was only 16 yrs old I had to come back at 10 pm then he couldn’t find my account so I had to go back to my room to get my credit card the man said I needed proof of age I couldn’t believe what he said to me I’m nearly 70 years old then he pointed me to a sign that you can’t see so I’m afraid you missed out on purchasing from your shop I wasn’t happy with anything from your hotel 😡😡😡

The bottom of the bathtub was very slick. No bath mat was available. The room smelled like it used to be a smoking room and they tried to sanitize it .
