Staff was excellent and accommodating. I reserved 3 rooms for my group but only had my name on reservation. Several other parties were present for a convention. They contacted me at my convention when a gift arrived for one of us prior to check-in. I assigned the names at that time and they placed the gift in the correct room. It was a very good result. Bed was very comfortable and nice linens

WiFi was not consistent, dropped at times. Needed to work on laptop.
