"Great view"

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, really beautiful outdoor areas and great view of the river. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony and lots of extra room. Would stay here again for sure.

The elevators are far away which was fine for us but didn’t seem very accommodating for those who need them.

Our room had a beautiful view of the bridge and river and was very clean and comfortable. Food was delicious. And the staff were professional and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

"Pleasant Experience"

Water didn’t get hot in the shower and the microwave was not working properly! I was down there with my basketball team! Thanks to the Maintenance team, Kendall, & Lala that made the stay more pleasant with working on the water temperature and new microwave!

"Spacious and safe stay, but limited amenities"

The environment is nice, the room is very spacious, and I felt safe during my stay. However, it’s a bit inconvenient that toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and towels have to be picked up downstairs by yourself. The room also doesn’t provide bottled water or slippers, which is a pity and slightly inconvenient. In addition, I was charged a $15 per day facility fee, but no one explained what facilities were included. I never knew what was available and didn’t use any, yet the fee was still charged.
