"Needs severe renovation"

The hotel room was clean but in dire need of being updated. Security lock on door was broken and the room definitely had not been updated since redline moved out. Very sad. Only reason I gave it three stars is because it was clean.

"The hotel suites our needs on our quick trip to Elko."

I thought the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was pleased to learn the hotel had a 24 hour Starbucks.

I felt the hotel was a little run down. The carpet inside our room was filthy, and I ur room smelled of stale smoke. The parking lot had giant potholes and needs to be repaved. I was disappointed to hear that the only restaurant open in the hotel, received poor reviews.

Dated but comfortable. We stayed upstairs at the opposite end from the casino facing the back and it was very quiet. Enjoyed the music. Felt safe.
