Very noisy both from the street and what you can hear in the hallway. My mattress was lumpy, the roller shades were broken, and the water pressure was weak. For $300/night, and a Hyatt property, this was all surprising. Breakfast was fine - not bad, nothing special. Pros: Fruit and water available at front desk, a nice touch. Room and bathroom were very clean.
