I have been staying here over past 10 years on my trips; however this time the HVAC unit was very noisy and disrupted my sleep. The noise is not something the cleaning crew/ staff would have missed. I notified the front desk. Everything else was great. I will stay again considering it as an isolated event for now.

"Smelly and dirty!"

Person at the front desk was nice enough. Unfortunately that is where the positives end.

Room smelled like wet dog. Dishes were dirty. Bathroom walls covered in lint/dust. The staff did nothing to resolve my issues- Michael Lessing is not helpful at all and should find a new job outside hospitality
