Did not like the fact that there was a holding of a fee added to my room fee. They did refund the credit. There were no amunities (hand lotion - free breakfast - and TV difficult to find a channel. Will NOT book another room in this facility.

tv got only 1 channel. toilet wasn't clean. room was quiet and air conditioner worked great 👍. no maid service daily. had to ask for towels. pool out of service yet perfect weather for it. exterior needs paint all over. location perfect. lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. beds very comfortable.

As expected, the place was a dump. I knew that going in, so no complaints with that.

Made reservation through Booking.com. My credit card was charged twice. Once by Booking.com, and once by Red Roof Inn. I contacted Red Roof Inn in Oxford AL, and they were no help. They claim Booking.com needs to remove the charge, which is ridiculous since that is the agency I made the reservation with. Every time I use Booking.com the charges come from them. Now I get to deal with customer service in getting the duplicate charge removed. Ironically I only stayed here out of convenience, as I was traveling cross country and needed a rest. Avoid this dump like the plague.
