"Big Disappointment"

Literally NOTHING

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The level of incompetence, lack of organization, and complete disregard for guests' time is staggering. My nightmare started the moment I arrived. The lobby was packed with frustrated people because the hotel's room card system was down. After waiting in line for a solid hour, I was about to leave and come back later. The receptionist stopped me, promising it was finally fixed and would only take a moment. I did the paperwork, took the keys, and guess what? They didn't work. Because I had an urgent appointment and they had already wasted an hour of my life, I had to leave my luggage in the lobby. I explicitly told the receptionist that I was leaving for my appointment and expected my working cards to be ready when I returned. When I got back late that night, thinking the ordeal was over, I was met with another "surprise." Nothing was ready. I was forced to wait another half an hour just to get checked in. And when they finally gave me a room? They put me in a cheap studio, despite the fact that I had paid for a premium one-bedroom apartment. I complained, and after wasting another thirty minutes of my night fighting for what I actually paid for, they finally moved me to the correct room. To top it all off, I came back on the second day to find that absolutely nothing had been touched. No housekeeping, no service, no fresh towels—nothing. It’s like they just completely gave up on running a hotel. Do not stay here. It is an absolute joke of an establishment, the staff is completely clueless, and they will ruin your trip without a single shred of apology.
