Location

Confusion surround room at check in and what's been paid and what hasn't due to staff shift change. 1 shower head was broken but it's fine. Other shower head still worked

L'emplacement le confort des lits

Pas de plateau de bienvenue, un accueil qui questionne (on nous a donné une chambre qui n'était pas libre au début. La personne de l'accueil ́e connaissait a priori pas les lieux, la carte magnétique n'était pas disponible à l'arrivée et on nous a fait payer une taxe de sejour de plus de 60 euros au lieu de 43 euros !)

La literie était bien.

Panne d’internet pendant 2 jours. Les murs et le plafond présentent des traces d’humidité, peinture boursouflée et craquelés.

la situation est bonne pour entrer dans Paris avec la ligne de métro à 5mns à pied

Il manquait du matériel de cuisine ( casserole). 1 verre pour 2, 2 petites assiettes, pas d'éponge, machine à café sans dosette, et pas de proposition de rectifier l'équipement pendant les 3 jours !!!!
