Quality Inn Acworth North

The location happened to be the best part about my stay.

I didn't like: - poor customer service - overpriced room - broken and cracked night stands - broken tv - ceiling chipped paint - unopened pool - smell of smoke and cigarettes

Slippery bathtub, no mat, not safe!! Shower head broken, water splashing to the floor/ walls. Loud, not working properly AC system.

Nothing

The rooms are terrible. They couldn't find my booking. The owner was not a nice person. Room stunk and broken down looking.

Pool was condemned by the county, tv had 1 station, a/c was so loud you coukd gear yoyrself talking. Left after 2 hours, the nanager got aggressive and told me to call 911 if i wanted a refund. Checked out 2 hours after checking in, the nanager took tge jeycard and refused to check me out because he is going to check me out at check out the next day to keep the full room payment. RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!

Pool has been condemned by the Counry. The manager is horrible, when I checked in we asked for a room.near the pool, he didn't mention the pool was closed and said you just asked to be by the pool NOT if it was open. Told me to call 911 when I checked out 2 hours later. Corporate confirmed he was refusing to check me out until the morning so he could charge my card even though he took the card back and we had no access to the room. Can you say fraud? Illegally not checking me out knowing he took the Key card back. The tv has one channel and tge AC is so loud we couldn't even gear each other talk. STAY AWAY!!

I was second guessing my decision at first i arrived i went to lobby and was greeted by a gentleman who was working. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area . I will stay here again he made my night by answering all my questions thank for a wonderful experience.
