Accessibility. My room was clean but the elevators and stairwells smelled really bad.

Poor customer service. The toilet didn’t work. When I called around 10pm to request someone to fix it, no one was on duty. When I requested to transfer to another room, the front desk receptionist said I can use the bathroom outside. So she wants me to get out of my room in the middle of the night if I had to use the bathroom and use the bathroom outside!
