Muy buena ubicacion, buen hotel familiar. cafe todo el dia. la tención del personal inpecable y amable.

un ascensor no funciono durante los 8 dias, generaba incomididad ya que al cerrar la puerta de escalera auxiiar sonaba demaciado duro al cerrarse y generaba ruido fuerte al cerrarse. la piscina (pool) dañada durante los 8 dias.

First the good: location! Location location. Clean interior. Kind staff. Checked out early, Car was empty but it was still there when we Woke up :) Now for the not great: Elevator is in a nook of gross. Smelled awful, cig and weed smoke embedding somehow in this exterior wall... in ceiling, we found hanging down, DIS-connected wires of a non-connected fire alarm. Metal was attached across a door that may or may not have been kicked in. PACKETS OF OATMEAL DO NOT MAKE A BREAKFAST... of any kind... along with instant coffee... this is NOT a grab and go breakfast. No fresh fruit. Zero options, This gives off a travel Motel vibe but with less client "frills" Than a random motel, possibly attached to a gas station, one might happen upon, on a random highway in the middle of nowhere. 1/2" gap or more under door, and door sides, at night lights are visible inside room from cracks around door. Not a place you would want to hang out while in Houston, Or anytime... AC was struggling to keep cool, traveling with family, one of our rooms had a carpet dryer IN THE ROOM going when we checked in at 9pm. Ac had poured all over floor somehow and the room was not acceptable to stay or sleep in.

I like the layout of the room

Stairways smelled like stale urine and my room sheets smelled like dog pee. I also had to request towels because there were only two towels for four people

False advertising number one: website said 4 beds(picture attached for proof) and there was only 3! False advertising number two: website says hot buffet breakfast! They had grab and go but nothing was ever out Also: elevator near room not working, pool closed all three nights we were there, room never serviced even though we called to ask and was told they would but they never came, tv remote not working when we go there, we had to call twice to come fix it. He finally came but never fixed it! At checkout, no one was in lobby so i just left the key on counter! Waited 20 minutes!

Location near good places

Room service are not good.Rooms are with smoky smell.Cocroaches are roaming around.Not even a complementary water , coffee sachets and cups .The bathroom shower is broken even the bathtub drain is not working.

Front Desk staff were great, especially Trey was very helpful.

The outside and carport areas needing some cleanliness. The staircase by section 7-8 was dirty and smelled like a smoking station. There was no food for breakfast…that was very disappointing.
