They made adjustments to our rate for the inconvenience.

Our original booking was in a room near the back of the hotel. The smell of marijuana was everywhere. The smell in the elevator was unbearable. The room smelled dank and like wet ashes. After much debate, they finally agreed to move us to a 1 room suite at a discounted rate. Though the aesthetic was better, the thermostat was not working and the room was freezing. We couldn't get it above 67 degrees. Overall the staff was kind, Ro was very helpful in trying to make sure we were comfortable.

It was clean, in a good neighborhood

The breakfast was not served at the time of serving. The pool was closed until further notice

The new GM came towards the end of our stay and tried to show friendliness and customer appreciation but it was short-lived.

The facility has changed in terms of customer experience since after the take over from the former owners. The rooms are not cleaned until 14 days after you check in. You needed to carry your dirty towels and bedding to the front desk to literally beg for replacement with new clean ones. You also need to literally beg for kitchen utensils to use in the apartment. Altogether the experience was nothing to write home about xompared to what it was previously.
