The price was somewhat fair

There was a terrible smell like urine in the room. The floor had soft spots and would move around. They also installed hardwood floors over the carpet. One of the pillow covers seemed to have been used.

I walked into my king studio room on the first floor and immediately noticed that the air was very thick, humid, and smelly, as if there was mold of some sort. Then I noticed how the walls, floors, bathtub, and faucets were all disgusting and looked to have never been cleaned at any point in time. The floor was tacky everywhere I stepped. The door knob between the entry way and bedroom space was falling off and the doorjamb was broken as if someone body slammed the door open at some point. The amount of damage on every single baseboard and wall was astounding. I requested another room and got the king studio next to the first one. While the air was not humid and smelling of what I believe was mold, everything else with the cleanliness was just as bad. The entryway light was flashing the moment I turned it on. The amount of damage to every baseboard and well was equally as bad as before. I requested a third room and it was a standard king room on the second floor. While the cleanliness was better, the walls, floor, bathtub, and faucets were all still quite noticeably grimy. The bigger issue was the complete lack of furniture and appliances (it was just a bed in an empty room with only a TV on the wall). Requested a forth room and got another standard king room further down the hall on the second floor. This room was significantly less dirty than any of the prior 3 rooms, but still not clean. The walls still had random things on them (looked like splatters from food and/or drink, not just damage and scuffs), the floors were in terrible shape (uneven, soft in places, big gaps between floor panels, etc), the bathtub still had stains in the corners where the tile met the tub, the faucets were dirty as well, and the baseboards and walls still had some damage. However, at that point I had been up for far too long and gave up trying to get a room that was properly clean. I went to take a shower and instantly noticed that one of the towels were so worn out that you could see through it in multiple places. I try to close the bathroom door and it gets stuck dragging across the uneven floor. I go to lie down in bed after the shower and notice holes in the ceiling with wires in them. Just walking up the staircase and down the hallway to my room was appalling. The carpet had an uncountable number of stains of all sizes and colors. The floor and walls creaked with every step. It honestly had me questioning the structural integrity of the building on a whole. This property is blatantly neglected, in dire need of significant repairs and renovation, and a change in staff to a group who truly care about the appearance and cleanliness of their rooms. I have been traveling for over 10 years for work and I have never encountered a worse property than this one. The receptionist was great to work with. I refused room service so nothing to say there.
