Big balcony, views of small park. Good water pressure in shower. Place looks and feels new, safe and clean. Correct price.

Pillows too soft for my taste, but that's personal. Basic everything - white Formica furniture, no coffee, tea etc. Fine for a night or two, definitely not for longer stays. Train noise throughout the night if you're on the wrong side of the building.

Horribe management, no service. Wifi doesn't work, no air conditioning.

Good location and good underground auto parking

Design

The staff was unfriendly, didn't speak english and unpleasnt. No reception and no one to talk to or ask for things. I had only one roll of toilet paper for 3 days and didn't have anyone to ask for more. At my first day i arrived early before check in and wanted to leave my luggage and they didn't agree. Also, i wanted to know how to get it the premesis and had no directions. Awaful ex perience!!!

The apartment was well equipped and clean. The apartment was a 5m walk to the nearest tram stop and a major shopping center and 10-12m for the city center by tram.

Because we arrived after 10pm we had to retrieve our apartment key's from a night duty officer. There was no door bell or busser to use to contact the night officer. I had a phone contact number but my phone was block from making calls. A stranger helped me and made the call which resulted in us getting the keys. It would not be hard for the apartment owners to have an intercom on the door, this would have made the situation much better. I also did not like the fact that ZaKou terminated my original booking , stating that my card could not be verified. This was not correct as my card was verified by Booking.com with my original booking, When I booked again with the same card, the price was doubled. Watch out for this underhanded way of operating.

bed was really comfortable.

there was only half a roll of toilet paper for 3 days. plenty of dust under bed. key from a front door fasten and working really hard in general. they cancelled my trip on booking even though money was collected, resulting in me not receiving the booking reward. different people were giving mixed messages on the line - deposit 1000zl per department; no deposit at all. at the end we didn’t pay the deposit but it seems like a fraud.
