"Room falsely described and not with ‘panoramic city views’ as advertised - bad"

Good location. Good breakfast.

This property and room type is not as advertised by Booking.com. We paid extra for a ‘Junior Suite with Panoramic City Views’. The room did not have ‘panoramic city views’. Those views are on the other side of the building - with beautiful views of the old city. When we questioned Radisson Blu staff, they said Booking.com shouldn’t describe that room like that. And nothing was done to rectify. So, it is falsely described by Booking.com or by the hotel, but either way it was not a ‘panoramic city view’, as advertised and paid for. Pretty bad experience.
