Прекрасное местоположение , завтраки замечательные, номер поменяли с доплатой на Prestige, т.к. номера Deluxe имеют плохую звукоизоляцию из-за смежных дверей и шумящей вентиляцией за стеной ванной комнаты. Отель красивый с красивыми интерьерами.

Попросили доп одеяло , принесли сначала одеяло без пододеяльника, housekeeping сказал , что у него его нет . Потом все же принесли, но все отдельно , пришлось самим заправлять, что странно для отеля 5-ти звезд. И все это очень долго , несколько раз. На завтраке нет шампанского, за эту цену можно было сделать комплиментарно. Номера Делюкс не звукоизолированы. Слышно все из соседних номеров . Вентиляция ванной комнаты сильно шумит всегда , её слышно в комнате всегда

We obviously arrived at a busy time and so no-one greeted us in the lobby. The reception desk was empty. Eventually someone arrived but just ignored us and started doing something on the computer. I addressed her and she looked surprised. I said that no-one was helping us to which she replied that her colleague would come shortly. Eventually with still no-one helping us, she started checking us in. Then her colleague came and took over. She was very efficient and showed us to our room. The luggage came quite quickly thereafter. However, we had the worst night's sleep ever - even the overnight Brittany Ferries was quieter and more comfortable. There was a baby screaming incessantly in the next room. By 23.00hrs it was unbearable; we phoned downstairs and they basically said there was nothing they could do. The crying from next door had been going on for > an hour at this stage and we wanted to go to sleep. 20 mins later a manager called and offered to move us. We were already in bed and didn't really feel like getting dressed and packing all our stuff at 23.30hrs. They should have moved the crying baby. The manager offered us to stay an extra night for no charge - a pretty worthless offer as most people staying only one night will have travel plans. It would have been a much more appropriate offer to give us a refund or a partial refund for the > Euros 500 that we paid for the sleepless night. Not even a courtesy bottle of cider on checking out! Nothing. We had to sleep with ear plugs in and even then, I was wide awake from 05.30hrs with the crying baby in the room next door. The baby was still crying when we checked out at 11.30hrs. It was just horrible. We went for a drink in the bar after dinner and sat there for 15 mins, but no-one served us so we gave up and went upstairs to bed. Basically it is a big hotel that wants to be grand, but the service is terrible and the noise is awful. It wasn't just the screaming baby; doors slamming in the corridor all night long. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

L’établissement montre quelques signes de vieillissement La salle de bain mais aussi la chambre en elle même.

Dès notre arrivée, ma compagne et moi avons été séduits par l’élégance du lieu, son cadre raffiné et l’atmosphère chaleureuse qui s’en dégage. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails : la décoration, le confort des chambres, la qualité des équipements… c’est un véritable havre de paix. Le service est irréprochable. Le personnel est d’une attention rare, toujours disponible, souriant et profondément soucieux du bien-être et de la satisfaction des clients. On se sent véritablement accueilli et considéré tout au long du séjour. Côté prestations, tout est à la hauteur de la réputation de l’établissement : une qualité irréprochable, une organisation fluide, et une expérience globale qui dépasse largement les attentes. Chaque moment passé sur place est un vrai plaisir.

Honnêtement, je n’ai absolument rien à redire. Tout était parfait, du début à la fin. Un séjour divin que je recommande sans la moindre hésitation.
