Royal Hotel Carlton

Lage und Ausstattung waren super. Der Parkplatz war zwar teuer, ist aber unbedingt empfehlenswert. Die beiden Mitarbeiter in der Tiefgarage sind spitze.

Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren nicht unbedingt unfreundlich, aber jederzeit super gelangweilt. Wir hatten immer das Gefühl, dass wir stören. Da ist noch Luft nach oben.

Very well located and closer to the Historic Centre than we thought which was a bonus. Air conditioning was excellent (and quiet) given the outside temperature was 37!! Bed very comfortable. The bedroom was exceptionally large and spacious with a large balcony. Bathroom and amenities perfect. Absolutely immaculately clean bedroom and bathroom with mini bar fully stocked and complimentary water. A traditional hotel but very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here. We didn't have breakfast here so cannot comment. We did have pre dinner and post dinner drinks on a couple of occasions and service was great and the best Aperol Spritz!!! Super waitress, Ribicca!

We were relaxing with an aperitivo in the bar/lounge area before going out for dinner. There was a very large group of Americans hogging half of the sitting area, sprawled and sitting on the floor and furniture and bare footed. They got louder and louder. Several of them having group video calls so the volume was unbearable. We sat as far away as possible to get away from the rowdy noise then one extremely rude female member of the group came and sat right next to us with no shoes on and curled up in a chair and continued to have a video call with full volume and with absolutely NO consideration for any of the other guests. It was unbearable and intrusive. The remainder of the group (there must have been around twenty of them) continued to get louder and louder and in the end we had to leave as couldn't hear ourselves think. So inconsiderate to other guests and simply just RUDE. The staff / management did nothing at all to try to quieten them down and I find this unacceptable and unbearable. Clearly they have no self awareness or any idea how to behave. Awful.

Hotel vicino alla stazione dei treni con la possibilità di depositare i bagagli. Camere ampie e confortevoli, staff preparato e disponibile. Colazione internazionale di altissimo livello con a pia scelta sia dolce che salata.
