Airy foyer with sitting and coffee dock with bar. Rooms were very spacious and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with everything to choose from and beautifully presented. Restaurant is intimate and cosy with delicious food and very attentive staff.

We went mainly to stay in a place that had AC and a pool. Everything was great! The staff is very nice and the room very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of items and the hotel is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants. There is a nice little fitness room but the wellness area (and pool) is fantastic!

We love staying here when we visit Nuremberg. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and included in the reservation. It is close to public transportation. In addition, there are little things that distinguish the hotel from average hotels. For example, the attendant at the reception desk recognized that we had stayed with them before and told us "Welcome home". Also, the host in the breakfast room remembered us by name. One day during our first stay, we went downstairs for lunch, but the restaurant was closed. The bar attendant offered to make us burgers and fries from the menu. They were delicious! These are the little things that make you feel important and special. I highly reccommend staying here.

"Good location"

We chose this hotel because it is near train and bus stops with convenient access to downtown, and because breakfast was included with our stay. It was a very good breakfast buffet. The food in the restaurant was also excellent (We dined there many times during our stay). The staff is multi-lingual and very helpful. Since we were there at Christmas, they delivered a free gift plate of treats to us on the 24th. We will stay at this hotel again when we visit Nuremberg.

"Business trip"

For one night stop over it good. Food was great I had the fish. The ride in a taxi to the train station was 10 minutes. They also have a locked car park .

A bit off town and required taking tram to most tourist attraction. Except for this everything is excellent. Good breakfast, comfortable room, Great service!....We have order the luggage transfer service by db bahn and the luggage is already in our room when we arrive. Highly recommended.

"Expedia made a mistake and hotel had to fix it. "

Expedia failed to list 2 children on the reservation and that caused the hotel to fix it .... Thank goodness we called the hotel to confirm the stay,..... that is when we noticed the Expedia mistake. Expedia listed in the remarks only but not the up front listing of adults and children When I tried calling Expedia to tell them.... I was then placed on hold for over 3 hours. Just for trying to help John T
