How big the rooms are Central location Considering rooms are right out side a bar garden very quiet Staff amazingly helpful including trying to upgrade room for us even though we had the most expensive Also roll top bath was very nice touch

Heat not to much of issue though The tv was bit to small for the size of room And not smart tv

Large and comfortable double rooms with good bathrooms. 15-20 mins walk from the city centre. Button factory has good food and drinks and is fun.

Staff were very helpful and nice Room was enormous Perfect location with everything in walking distance

Didn't offer an actual breakfast Room quite hot Other than that - can't fault it

Good, hassle free - nice to explore the history of the jewellery quarter. Pen museum. I liked the period decor and bouquety feel of the room

Saturday night - was lively with the bar in full swing next door - but didn’t go on late and not a big issue for my son and I. Check out should be 12 as a matter of course, an extra charge for a latter check out after a one night stay was a bit steep and does align with the times other similar level hotels have their check outs! Also the art - missed opportunity, the pictures don’t match the 1930’s feel of the building…

Great value for money! Don’t think twice about booking! Property was a beautiful old building, evidently well aged as shown with the wonky & creaky floors and the history of a little damp and some leaks - however, the rooms are beautiful, big, spacious and so bright and airy! They’re modern and rustic perfectly combined, we had a gorgeous bathroom which was obviously brand new and a room that ticked all the boxes! Staff were absolutely phenomenal and really made our stay even better, upgrading us to help avoid any noise from outside - however we didn’t hear a thing! 20% discount for food from the bar it’s adjoined too was an additional bonus, and the food was really good and reasonable. It was 20 minute steady and easy walk to the train station, 15 minute stumble back from the Utilitia arena, lots of bars and restaurants around. We felt really safe, heard no noise from other residents or from the outside area! Would absolutely recommend and return!
