The location was good, the room we stayed in was clean but a bit older. It was good for the fact that it was in the CBD and during peak times!

Location was fine.

Level of cleanliness of room. Staff lack of respect for my personal belongings/luggage. Lack of transparency when making booking. No pool access. Over priced for standard of room. Above normal price for bond security & charged per night.
