Positiv war die Freundlichkeit weitestgehend aller Mitarbeiter (der nette Page, dessen Name ich leider nicht mehr weiß, hat eine unfassbare ansteckende Freude ausgestrahlt! :-)) und das gesamte Essen sowie der Wellnessbereich (wenn man ihn dann vollständig nutzen konnte). Der Garten des Hotels war auch sehr schön angelegt.

Ich habe meiner Mama eine kleine Wellnessauszeit im Hilton geschenkt, was jedoch nur bedingt möglich war: Der gesamte Wellnessbereich hat erst am Nachmittag (14.30 Uhr) geöffnet und das habe ich zuvor nirgendwo gelesen, weshalb ich diesbezüglich schon sehr enttäuscht und sauer war. Man konnte zuvor den Pool, der definitiv auch keine 28Grad hatte, sowie zwei Saunen nutzen. Für den Preis des Hotels fand ich das eine absolute Unverschämtheit und man hätte zumindest mal darauf zuvor hinweisen können. Des Weiteren könnte der FKK-Außenbreich etwas einladender gestaltet werden. Ansonsten gab es noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die uns aufgefallen sind: Es fehlten im Zimmer ein paar Aufhänger für Bademantel oder Handtücher wodurch das Trocknen erschwert wurde. Auch fand ich es etwas enttäuschend, dass bei einem solch großen Hotel, welches definitiv nicht ausgebucht war, wir gefühlt das Zimmer mit dem schlechtesten Ausblick erhielten (direkt eine Tanne vor dem Fenster). Es fehlte ein Leuchtmittel in einer Lampe und das Toilettenpapier wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt. Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Hotel, aber leider stand Preis und Leistung für uns in keinem Verhältnis. Für einen kurzen Wellnessurlaub also eher nicht geeignet, für einen kurzen beruflichen Stop schon eher.
