Buen hotel solo que está descuidado, me tocó el séptimo piso con vista al mar, excelente vista el clima no enfriaba lo necesario pero cumplía

Ha sido una estancia muy desagradable, el personal del hotel no tiene ninguna capacitación para el trato a los clientes, desde el que cuida el estacionamiento hasta los recepcionistas son déspotas, hay opciones mucho mejores que este hotel, todo el hotel está en muy mal estado (eso es comprensible por los sucesos naturales) aunado a eso tener que soportar la actitud del personal hace que la experiencia sea irrepetible, busque otra opción.

Mala experiencia, hotel sucio, camas incómodas, muy deteriorado, sin teléfono, sin televisión, no cuenta con estacionamiento, te lo cobran, elevadores no sieven

Accesible a transporte, restaurantes, tiendas oxxo, farmacias y hasta un mercado de artesanías, y la playa está muy cerca, solamente cruzas la calle y ahí esta.Por el precio está muy bien.
