Ilima Hotel

- Super Lage, in Waikīkī alles Fußläufig erreichbar - Parkplätze waren bei unserem Aufenthalt genug vorhanden. Und kostenlos!!! - sehr freundliches Personal

- Leider ist durch unserem Bad eine Ameisenkollonie gelaufen, und wir hatten den einen oder anderen Käfer im Zimmer. Lässt sich aber wahrscheinlich in dem Ort nie ganz vermeiden. - sehr hellhörig, gerade da sich die Balkontür nicht ganz schließen lässt.

The rooms are stylish, spacious, and super comfortable. The location was perfect — just a ~3–5 min walk to the Waikiki Beach area. Parking is included, and there were plenty of spots available. One of the biggest pluses for me was having a kitchen in the room — so convenient! There’s also a balcony, and the view from our room was just stunning. I had specifically booked a mountain view — so stunning!!!

At first, we were given a room facing the buildings, even though I had booked (and paid for) a room with a mountain view. When I politely asked to switch rooms, the staff explained there were no more available (why?). We weren’t ready to give up — a couple of hours later we went back to the front desk and asked again, this time mentioning we would like to speak with a manager. In the end, they were able to help us without involving a manager. We paid an extra ~$100, since the new room had a bigger bed and moved. So my advice: don’t be afraid to kindly speak up if something’s not right — especially if you paid for it. I still highly recommend this hotel!!!

We arrived exhausted from a long flight to Hawaii. The staff was wonderful and we were thrilled that our room had been upgraded. This is a very busy area with alot of shopping and restaurants, so we were grateful that this facility has its own parking under the hotel, therefore we did not have to park a distance and walk to our room. A huge bonus was the balcony which overlooks a canal. The next morning, we sat with our coffee and watched the joggers below, and a rowing race on the canal.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was great for our family of 6. Lots of space just found the furniture in the hotel and in the rooms to be a little outdated. The hotel is conveniently located to the beach, shopping and plenty of restaurants. For what we needed for our family of 6 prior to our cruise. This was perfect for the price.

Great place, in the middle of Waikīkī which makes it convenient to walk to places around the area. Feels clean and the staff are friendly and nice. I would come back to this hotel again. Only thing that is not good was the resort fee per room. I got 3 rooms which means resort fee x3 which is a strong blow to my gut.

Very spacious rooms. Love this place, I will continue to book on future trips. I will also let me friends know about this place.
