Really friendly, helpful staff. Central, easy to find location. Clean sheets / bedding provided. We started in a twin room which was comfy and had plenty of space for storage etc.

Very little - it was a good stay. My only (very minor) issue was that the toilets on the third floor (where we stayed) had hand washing facilities but no soap and no towel present. The toilets on the 2nd floor had 'proper' basins with soap etc.

Location was great, lots of shops and restaurants around. The staff were really kind, and it was nice that it was possible to store the luggage.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and the tatami among the hardest I've ever seen. There were only showers and basins on floor 2, and the rest of the floors had only toilets (without a proper basin, only the Japanese "cistern basin" after flushing), which was quite impractical. The luggage store was in the common area and security was zero. Despite the hostel being "closed" during the day, the front door was open and any one could stroll inside and get the guest's luggage. Granted, this is Japan, so crime is low, but still not very inspiring.

色々等親切して貰い、話し相手に成って貰い沢山お喋りが出来て嬉しかったです。又機会が有って行く事が有ったら利用したいと思っています
