The view, the parking lot is large, the staff , rooftop

I am aware that i only stay for 1 night, i asked many times the next morning at 9:00am to clean my room (my checkout time was on 12:00pm)... But the housekeeping never came to clean, . Maybe it's because of the tight timing between my checkout. However, if a guest asked to clean the room, just do it, which they don't, just ask for xtra charge if the wasting of soap and cost you concern the most.

It was my first visit to Bandung it was my wife's birthday and your staff were perfect in the rooftop bar and everywhere else.
