Das Hotel liegt genau gegenüber eine Tiefgarage, so das Parken zwar nicht gerade günstig aber direkt vor Ort möglich ist. Ich wurde von der Empfangsdame vorab angerufen und auf den Preis der Tiefgarage hingewiesen, fand ich sehr gut. Auch die Freundlichkeit beim Empfang oder während des Aufenthaltes empfand ich als super. Es gibt einen Raum mit Getränken, welcher mit einer Kasse genutzt werden kann, also volles Vertrauen gegenüber den Gästen ist vorhanden. Ich nutze selten das Frühstück, da ich morgens keinen Hunger habe, aber die Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer hat einen sehr guten Zweck erfüllt. Es war rundum eine Gute Erfahrung und ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Lage

Die Haustür zum Zugang zum Hotel war Tag und Nacht nicht verschlossen. Die Hotelzimmer liegen im 3. Stock und im 4. Stock. Um zum Aufzug zu gelangen musste ich meinen schweren Koffer erst mal 8 Treppenstufen hochschleppen. Mit dem Aufzug fuhr ich in den 3. Stock. Der Eingang zur Rezeption war verschlossen. Ich rief dann eine Telefonnummer an. Dort bekam ich zur Antwort, dass ich den Sel-Check- In machen müsste. In der Buchungsbestätigung stand aber, dass die Rezeption von 14-16.00 Uhr besetzt sei. Ich bekam zur Rückmeldung "Self-Check-In". Plötzlich tat sich die Tür zur Rezeption auf und eine Frau tauchte auf. Sie machte meinen Check-In. Dann musste ich meinen Koffer nochmal 18 Treppenstufen in den 4. Stock schleppen. Völlig überteuert und nie wieder
