8 mins walk from train station. Great location. Very clean. Had room cleaned up even during our stay. Owner always in touch with whatsapp. Great communication.

There was a note in the room not to use the kitchen or bring food in the room. I do not pretend to cook but preparing a sandwich before going up vesuvius won't kill anyone. Never saw owner.

"I have used booking, airbnb, hotels, etc. and this manager is, without a doubt, the most rude and unpleasant of all."

Is clean.

About the room (lies) 1- wifi: does not exist. 2- they offer (and you pay for) a room with a balcony but you won't have access because the blinder is blocked on purpose - it seems to be a common area only accessible through the kitchen and for common use. About the manager: The rule no.1 of the establishment (not written in the conditions/intructions) is: under no circumstances, knock on the door!! If you do not have signal and can't get his text with the check in instructions, do not ring the bell!! Since the manager will say (just as he texted me): "I didn't allowed you to ring", "when you exit by the train station ...you have signal" Of course guests inside matters, but if you are outside, you'll maybe have to wait for hours so that the manager doesn't get upset or bothered for being responsible about his business. He wants to get clients and he wouldn't care about them at all because he won't show up (read other reviews, a girl had to wait for him for 4 hours).

"Family vacation in Salerno"

Everything was wonderful. The address is in a convenient location, close to the trein station, supermarkets, restaurants ant the main street. I recommend Casa Dell'Artista 2!

"Great host"

The host of this hotel was really nice and he always had a solution, so we got lots of help. The only thing is that second door was hard to open and get in. Overall, it was good.

"Good local place to stay "

Stanley was a wonderful host and provided information for sights and public transportation. He helped me with my luggage since there’s no elevator. The city square was within a 10 min walk including the bus and train. The room was very clean and spacious including a balcony. The room has a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything but not middle of everything.
