Staff are all really nice + informative. They were able to help me with clear answers for everything I needed. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious. Everything seemed to be pretty "up to date" and in good condition. The breakfast is very comprehensive, and the hot breakfast bar is very well done. I was also able to eat in the restaurant (Bistro 99), and the food and service was quite nice there too. I booked 5 rooms for my team to go to a conference at the congress, so that location and its proximity were excellent.

I wish there were irons and ironing boards in the individual rooms themselves. The Ironing room downstairs (especially when going late at night) seems a bit weird. It was a bit annoying that I would have to reconnect to the wifi every time I tried to use it, but in general, it was sufficient for sending emails, etc.

sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücks-Buffet

Das Parkhaus ist eine Katastrophe für größere Autos, es ist sehr eng und sehr unpraktisch von 297 Zimmern gibt es wohl nur 3 mit einer Dusche, alle anderen haben Badewanne mit Dusche, wenn man nicht aufpasst, steht das Bad rasch unter Wasser
