Aberdeen Serviced Apartments: Charlotte street

Was relatively easy to find. Had parking - a huge plus in the UK. The apartment was clean beautifully present with a great breakfast selection and cleaning items - b Very well stocked and thought about Prob one of the best in the 5 weeks of travel

Stairs up was hard for elderly mother

A nice clean apartment with everything we needed in a good location. Having some milk, tea and coffee and food for breakfast was really helpful as we arrived late in the day.

The location is great, close to supermarkets, shopping malls, and beauty salons. They leave fresh fruit, cereals, and other things for breakfast. I thought that was very nice.

The intercom wasn't working. One day my cell phone battery died, I was locked out of my house, and I couldn't let anyone know.

Fabulous location!! So easy to walk to places around the city. Very clean. Beds were so comfortable! We arrived to a fruit bowl full of fruit (oranges, apples and bananas). The fridge had water, cereal, picklets and jam, milk and yoghurt. Such a kind gesture and very well appreciated!! Tea and coffee also available and used each morning. Owner very good to communicate with. Lovely to have space during our stay in Aberdeen. Highly recommend!!

Nothing....this place was just perfect for 3 of us staying in Aberdeen sight seeing all week.

The nice touch with the breakfast and it was mostly clean with some exceptions

Location. Didn’t feel at all safe after being harassed in the middle of the night with incessant entry phone ringing. No hot water on the last day to shower and no instructions on heating. Sofa was end of life and sagging and not cleaned under the cushions with rubbish and food waste visible. Otherwise flat was spotless. Didn’t like the method of collecting the barrier key and returning it especially after a very disturbed night and not knowing what to expect outside when I left the flat.

This was a self-catering apartment, but we were nevertheless provided with fresh fruit, milk and yoghurt. The bed was small but reasonably comfortable. Parking was easy and safe. It was a short walk into town.

We had all we needed, nothing to complain about.

The flat was lovely and the location was perfect for a short stay in Aberdeen. Access to parking at the property is restricted by a barrier and this was good for security of our vehicle.

The noise from the street can be a bit intrusive at times, so be aware but its not a deal breaker.

Good value, great location, free off street parking and comfortable.

A few niggles which spoilt the stay a little. Dirty draw on bathroom unit. Shower extremely difficult to turn on and off. Kitchen sink plug doesn't work and sink drains constantly. Bedroom door self closing mechanism squeaked like hell and woke partner up if getting up during the night. Wedging open only alternative. When leaving car park barrier would not raise. Had to go back to flat to get key which was replaced back in key box to open barrier, drive out, park up and then put key back. Would have been nice to know this before.
