Excellent continental style breakfast provided. Comfortable bed, soft towels. Plenty of heating and hot water

The apartment above apartment 3 were very noisy . Banging, slamming doors and very loud this happened both night right until 5am The shower was terrible, shower head needs replaces.

Great communication from host Very easy check in after very clear instructions from host Good city centre location Nice to be left breakfast pack/fruit bowl Bathroom - good shower pressure Always able to find parking space

Cleaning needs to be more thorough - someone’s old sock under rug, bedroom lamps dusty, worst thing was the whole place smelt of smoke (if we’d known smoking was allowed in the property, we wouldn’t have booked) Equipment - kitchen needs jug, scissors and more storage space Bed in smaller/front bedroom not comfy

The beds are like rocks, the pillows are awful.
