Seaside Ante Apartments

O wyborze miejsca zadecydował widok z apartamentu i tutaj pełna satysfakcja. Prywatny parking, sklep dosłownie obok, do plaży prywatne zejście schodkami. Apartament duży, dwie klimatyzacje, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Na balkonie można podziwiać zachody słońca. Polecamy.

The location is great, especially if you enjoy being close to the sea. There is a grocery store nearby, although it is quite expensive. The apartment has two private bathrooms, which was very convenient, and one of the showers was spacious and comfortable to use. The refrigerator was large, there was a washing machine available, and plenty of towels were provided. Air conditioning worked well, which was a big plus. The owner was very friendly and genuinely tried to help whenever needed, for example when the TVs were not working.

There are also some areas that could be improved. The beds felt worn, very low, and one of them did not have a mattress topper, which affected sleeping comfort. The photos give the impression that there is an outdoor terrace available, but this was not the case. One of the rooms only had a very small balcony. The kitchen equipment could use an update — for example, the cutting board and frying pans were heavily worn and scratched. The kettle released small particles into the water, which was not ideal. A drying rack for laundry would also have been useful. Only wool blankets were provided, which made sleeping less comfortable for us. Since the bedrooms are upstairs, the property may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Also, the shower entrance in the second bathroom was very narrow and may not be comfortable for larger adults. Overall: The stay had several positives, especially the location near the sea, air conditioning, and the helpful owner. However, some maintenance issues and differences between the photos and reality reduced the overall experience. With a few updates, this place could be much better.

Super tolle lage parkplatz und geschäft vor der türe 2 dadezimmer

Das kleine moderne neu renovierte Appartement. Liegen und Sonnenschirm vorhanden.

Das Appartement war nicht geputzt. In jeder Ecke Vertrocknete Spinnen. Nachts krabbelten die Kakalaken herum 4 habe ich erledigt. Gewisse Küchenutensilien fehlten einfach. Die Terasse war ein Alptraum, alles dreckig Wildwuchs von oben den Seiten nicht zurückgeschnitten es war überhaupt nichts vorbereitet kein Sinn für estetig. Auf der Terrasse stand eine Motorhacke ein Roller , Meerblick nicht möglich da alles zugewachsen war. Terrassen Möbel haben wir geputzt damit wir dort sitzen und essen konnten. Toilettenpapier musste man nach den 2 gestellten Rollen selber kaufen. Und das für 1000 Euro total überteuert und nicht in Ordnung. Bin das 34 mal in Kroatien gewesen habe noch nie so schlecht und teuer gewohnt. Diese Unterkunft dürfte maximal 500 Euro kosten. Ist nicht zu empfehlen, da gibt es günstigere und schönere Plätze. Hier wurden Leistungen überteuert verkauft die nicht eingehalten wurden. Sehr schade und enttäuschend. Wir fühlen uns richtig abgezockt. Die schönen Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität. Spart euch das ihr werdet nur enttäuscht.
