The best staff hospitality in the world! Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. Our concierge Navas was like a dream-come-true personal helper. Our room was always kept clean and tidied. On my husband’s birthday, we had a beautiful and creative art piece done by leaves on our bed. On top of that, celebration after celebration at all our dining venues throughout the day.

Love the butler service, the staff level of service from room cleaning to f&b. Terra and Zuma restaurants were absolutely delightful and tasteful experiences.

Kids club could be improved… our daughter was not keen on going again the next day. This is the only weakness of the resort. The rest was top notch!

Very clean and professionally run. Beautiful set up and well Maintained and definitely a five star setting

It is very very expensive and sometimes the basic stuff is overpriced. Also sometimes the wait for buggies took longer than we would have liked it. 10/10 resort but loses a couple of points based on buggy’s and cost
