Stylish Condos Close to Art and Culture

The home offered beautiful views of the city, day and night. The location was great! It was only 1 block from St. Charles Street and another for the streetcar pick up. It was 2 or 3 blocks from The Pontchartrain Hotel which had a rooftop bar which gave an even more expansive view of the city. We walked many places, including the garden district, WWII Museum, the French Quarter and also delicious restaurants. The city was working on the street a few days while we were there, but it was tolerable and just a short-term noise issue. It is a very large space. If you are looking for a great location and wonderful views, I recommend you stay here.

The tenants that stayed in the other suites didn't adhere to the rules. Even after calling the number provided they still were noisy every night. The tub in the master suite had hair inside of it. The neighborhood itself is run down.

The Bathtub and Bathroom is not safe. The tub and shower very slippery, No Grip on bottom of tub. No Handles. Caused me to slip and fall, which 911 was called,ended up in ER with Concussions and 14 stictches. The worst experience.. I need to be contacted immediately.

Showing up to the building I was a littile skeptical. But the area was quiet, the condo was nice and roomy, there were plenty of food options, and everything was close to where we were. I would recommend this place for someone to stay.
