Very good location. Clean and neat, good airflow and sunny. The reception desk was excellent and very friendly and helpful, thank you Syria

Very poor quality bedding and pillows. Not a great mattress. Everything in the apartment was new but very poor quality, ikea equivalent furniture, no authentic atmosphere. No shampoo and body wash for shower. 3 flights of stairs, not really a problem if you are fit. Apartment was clean no curtains to sleep in.

Apartment was fantastic. It’s A LOT of stairs but it’s Bellagio. The manager was kind enough to help bring one of our bags up for us.

Wonderful location to many restaurants and shops. Andrea welcomed us and gave us many wonderful suggestions of things to do and where to eat. Very attentive host. Very clean and comfortable apartment.

Excellent location, spacious, airy clean apartment with the bonus of a washing machine.

Furnishings were adequate! Wished we had known about the shutters at the start of our vacation as the morning light and heat disturbed a good night's sleep.

Location was excellent, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and everything was as described. Parking garage was very convenient.

No air conditioning (except a small portable unit), so it was quite hot in the bedrooms at night.

Cozy apartment in the center of the city. Very kind helpful staff. Helped us with any of our questions. There is a private garage, no problems with parking. The guys at the front desk have great taste in choosing and recommending restaurants.

Due to the central location of the apartment, it is quite noisy at night, the air conditioner is only outdoor in the hall. The building is old so there is no elevator. This did not stop us from getting the maximum pleasure from the apartment, the city, Lake Como and all of Italy in general. I'll leave this information for those who may be important little things.
