Muita demora para conseguir entrar para o quarto, o check in estava marcado para as 14 horas, chegamos era quase 15 horas e tivemos que esperar até as 16 horas

Café só até as 09h, os funcionários apagaram as luzes e foram retirando os alimentos as 08h50, pessoas ainda se servindo, falta de educação, banheiro para entrar tem que abrir o box, entrar e conseguir fechar a porta

Atendimento de todos os funcionários, o Café da manhã e a localização muito bom.

Quarto com péssima qualidade de manutenção e cuidado, lastimável. Paredes sujas, ducha com falta de manutenção, torneira faltando canopla, esquadria do banheiro sem acabamento. Falta de capricho!
