Everything was good and clean. Nothing fancy but nothing to complain about. It’s in a convenient location. Restaurants nearby. Grocery and liquor store a short walk away. Our room was on the north side towards the interstate, but it wasn’t a problem. The black out curtains are great as well. Pool and spa was clean, breakfast was good. Only issue was we didn’t have linens for the sofa bed, had to get them at the front desk. No big deal.

Internet would not work even with log in. Staff ere supposed to share code which didn’t at check in. Multiple staff members smoking at the entrance of the hotel was very disrespectful and tacky.

It was our first time stay here and it was really nice . Quiet . We had a great Kitchenet area and very spacious

Nice size for a family of 5. Pool was clean.

The desk help was not good. They didn't have towels available and the clerk spent more time on her phone that actually helping people. The breakfast buffet didn't have a lot of options - most of the food was gone and they were not refilling very often. And the room smelled of skunk from the skunk that was hanging around the air circulator.

Took my family here for a gymnastics meet and we had a very nice stay. Friendly staff!

Front desk emoloyees went above and beyond in service and friendliness.

The hotel was clean and the room was big. It was a very nice hotel.

When there is an emergency with police you should 1. Call our room 2. Ask if we want to move rooms Not have to listen to the Bismarck police banging on the door for over 20 minutes waking my kids up. I called the front desk asking to change rooms was only told to stay away from the door never heard anything from the front desk again that night. My 4 year old son was having surgery the next morning just woke up because of the police. I am not saying what transparencies was the hotels fault at all. It was the fact we were in the middle of it with a cop asking to come look it our room at midnight and the front desk not allowing a move so my kids could sleep for his surgery
