Clean close to everything,

Well the phone in our room Didn't work which was a problem ring they told us to call down to the valet to get out car so we had to wait excessively to retrieve our car from the garage, the cleaning service only came every other day to tidy up but there where only towels for one days worth of showers, and the one lady at checkout was a little rude

The location is ideal for the museums, they are only a short walk away and this is why we chose this hotel. The rooms were nice and big but ours did smell a bit funny. There is a valet, I booked in advance and the price came down to 50 a night. It was a bit slow so do plan on some extra time. The shop in the hotel wasn’t very well stocked

Convenient for the museums and galleries. A 25 minute pleasant walk to the riverfront along the park. We had a corner room at the front so a super view to the lake.

Towels only changed every 2 days.

My experience with this property was extremely disappointing from a service and accountability standpoint. After leaving a high-value electronic device in my room, the hotel failed to follow basic lost-and-found procedures, did not conduct any meaningful investigation, and completely disengaged from communication. I escalated the issue to Hilton corporate, filed a police report, and submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The business never responded, and the case was closed due to lack of cooperation. This is not about the lost item itself, but about the absence of responsibility and guest support. I expected significantly higher standards from a Hilton property.

It was situated near the Field Museum.

I chose this property primarily for its parking facilities. I had requested a late check-in, and it was granted. However, when I arrived, I found that there was no parking available.
