Atenea Luxury Suites - Atenea Collection

Fantastic location in the historic centre making it easy to walk around the historic city. The main train station was a 10 minute walk away. The room was a lovely size as was the bathroom. The room had air-conditioning. The bed was comfortable with 100% cotton linen. There was plenty of cupboard space a chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets. The room also had a lovely small desk area and a small armchair to sit in. The room was well though out comfortable and spacious. The room has Wi-Fi. The bathroom was an excellent side with a porthole window for ventilation. The shower had great water pressure.

We met the host on arrival and were shown our room, after that the host did not interact with us at all. We believe on the first night we were the only guests in the property. None of the communal areas have air-conditioning and we were not encouraged to use either of the 2 sitting areas or dining area. The light are on timers. It was not a welcoming property or host at all. There were cold drinks in the small bar fridge in our room but there was not information on if these were included or the price so we did not take any. We were advised on our checkout to leave the city tax on the desk and the keys to the room as well. We have never had any interaction with the host apartment from the 10 minutes on arrival. The only issue with the room is the small shower cubicle that has a plastic wrap around screen it was quite compact.

Lots of stairs & no elevator. Restricted water usage. Breakfast cost too much for what we got.

Beautifully appointed. All rooms are unique, large and very clean. The location is perfect-right in the middle of the old town center. Continental breakfast.
