Villa Diana affitta camere

Nous avons passer une très bonne nuit dans catte petite chambre avec toilette et douche. Le balcon très agréable avec vue sur la mer et le village. Très propre. Merci pour la réactivité et la disponibilité en effet nous avons réservé a 18h pour le même jour. Une gande place de parque bien tranquille tout près a 20m.

Manque une bouilloire à eau pour un thé. Il y a bien une machine à café mais une simpe bouilloir c'est tellement plus agréable et simple.

My child, my wife and me, had a late check in around 20:00 o clock. First the owner was kind and everyrhing seemed to be fine. We had a shower and had dinner in Stintino town. After arriving back ro our rooms, I set on the bed and a wooden part felt on the flor. We checked the bed and realized the bed was completle broken. We contacted mr. Andrea, and he told us the cleaning lady didnt noticed anything wrong with the room, and that probably the bed was broken by someone before us. He tried to fix something-really a poor attemp, but you can see from the pictures, that there was nothing to do. No other accomodarions has been offered to us. With a small child and around 24:00, we had no choice but to stay. The next day I was offered a bottle of wine to forget it all, normally I passed. No discount has been offered to us, and no real senceer appology. The next day we wrote to booking and send them pictures of the broken bed, and dirty appartment, to let them know everyrhing. And later they send us the info, that the owner told them that we broke the bed and were offered an alternative accomodation. Of course i have saved the comunication with the owner to prove, that he is a liar. Also forgot to say, watch out for wild pigs 20m away from the main entrance. Shame on you Andrea for blaiming us...
