Courtyard by Marriott San Francisco Union Square

The room(s) were very nice. The beds were actually rather comfortable for hotel beds. The location of the hotel was perfect for the itinerary we had during our stay in SF. Upon arrival the room was clean, nothing to report there. My only suggestion is to have fans in the bathroom(s).

I would have liked to have an ice machine to be closer. Having the ice machine in the basement was a little inconvenient, but understandable give the age/layout of the building. I would have like to see a continental breakfast provided to guest in the morning. Since our stay was over the weekend, perhaps this is something provided during the weekdays. Lastly I think the cost of overnight parking is too high. I think a more reasonable price would be between 40 - 50 dollars.

Sajnálatosan a check in-nél levettek a számlánkról 160 dollár kauciót, amit mind a mai napig nem utaltak vissza a számlánkra. Többször írtunk a szállodának ezügyben, de nem történik semmi. A szobát rendben hagytuk ott, nem volt senkinek semmi kifogása, de a pènzt nem utalják vissza. Ez nem korrekt hozzáállás!

The size of the bathroom

Size of the rooms looked much bigger in the photos. $87 charge for parking. Idk if I missed that on the small print. Bathroom door didn’t shut all the way
