Courtyard by Marriott San Francisco Union Square

Had an amazing experience here. The staff were so lovely and it was extremely clean.

This property was very supportive and cognizant of guest security. It’s centrally located, reasonably priced and close to some very good breakfast places.

The hotel was just what we were looking for in terms of a stay in San Francisco. Close to Union Center and a Waymo was able to pick us up to take us anywhere else we needed to go. Huge shout out to the valet Chris, he was there to greet us every morning with a smile and small chit chat as to what our day had in store.

The cooling system didn't work for the room and the hotel staff didn't give a damn!

It was very clean and conveniently located to all attractions, in the middle of the city and staff was great. I like that they always had water and coffee in the lobby. And the door men were very courteous and attentive.

I would not recommend for neither business nor family. The rooms are like 40-45 Sqft total. No room to move around and lot of steel inside which makes it not kids friendly. Restrooms are tiny and are not safer due to steel and not much room to move around. Overall disappointed with the experience. Only thing that may be good I have seen is proximity to the downtown. It’s very old hotel that was renovated in bits and pieces. Restrooms uses all the old fittings not ideal for kids. Would not recommend for family may be for business travel if no alternatives
