Tutto. Alloggio e stanza bellissimi, con terrazzino pittoresco con vista pazzesca. Bagno moderno, con bella doccia. Un mix tra antico e moderno, il contrasto architettonico si sposa perfettamente con il comfort più la vista mozzafiato. Gatti sui tetti inclusi. Emanuele molto gentile. Grazie 🙏

A fantastic family home. A large room and a beautiful Terras overlooking the city and the Duormo We had coffee on the terras in the morning. A nice breakfast down the street in the morning.

Be prepared to walk many steps. Still this place is between upper and lower town

Beautiful old building in Modica Alta. Wonderful view from the balcony. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Cupboards, desk and seating. Quiet. Secure. Free street parking available close by. Good communication with owner.

Restaurants are some distance away in Modica Basso. It’s a 400m walk with a lot of steps but worth it for the variety of food available. Walkers won’t mind it. Others may drive or catch a cab.

Schön, dass es eine Gemeinschaftsküche gab. Die Terasse mit der Aussicht auf die Stadt ist im Sommer sicher herrlich. Das Frühstück in der Bar nebenan war super.

wir hatten zu zweit, weil wir kein Paar sind, das Vierbettzimmer gebucht. Bett Nummer drei und vier waren scmale (Feld)betten mit einer sehr billigen Matratze. Das Zimmer befinden sich mehr oder weniger im Souterrain und hat nur ein vergittertes, nicht zu öffnendes Oberlicht. Das gleiche im Bad. Das Bad hat keinen Ventilator und war abends vom morgendlichen Duschen immer noch feucht. Es gibt noch eine Tür zur Terasse, die wir wegen der Kälte nicht lange öffnen konnten. Also alles sehr dunkel. Schließlich haben wir entdeckt, dass die Wand zur Terasse feucht war.
