The location is very good; it’s central to town as well as the kordon (seaside promenade). The rooms are spotless, the furnishings are well designed for travellers and in excellent condition.

The property is good located next to the beginning of the harbor close to city center

We checked in at 3 pm, entered the room and it was absolutely dirty and not cleaned before previous stay. Right after us the cleaner rushed to the room with the words “don’t worry, I’ll clean it now”, we explained the situation to reception and asked for another more prepared room, but received nothing and not in a polite manner, like: “what can I do if there’s only one cleaner for the hotel and she was not able to clean your room”. Absolutely not client oriented approach. Moreover, even after cleaning the room was dirty, the windows are dirty. The neighbor smoked on the terrace and we used to.smell it even through closed windows. This was very bad experience.
